How much does it cost?
The average cost of sessions is £75, and it might be less than this or more, depending on how frequently we meet and your financial circumstances. Clients will be expected to cover the cost of agreed and booked sessions, attended or not. A week’s notice is agreed for cancellations or changes of bookings – at least 48 hours’ notice is agreed for cancellations due to serious and unexpected events.
“Leo is a fantastically gifted therapist whose warm and honest approach has enriched my life. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone serious about therapy.”

How are sessions organised?
Sessions last 60 minutes and are regular weekly, fortnight or less frequent appointments, ideally at the same day and time. Our first meeting will be an opportunity to look at your needs and expectations of therapy and see if we want to continue together or I would provide info for further support if need be. Holidays from my side will be usually taken in standard periods (Easter, summer and Christmas) with dates given in advance. Please feel free to ask any relevant information about me and the therapy situation.
Online therapy:
Online counselling has been an additional option to face-face therapy, and it is on the increase. Many people also see this as the right option for them because of a variety of reasons: it could be your line of work, location, health issues, family commitments, disability or other.
I am well experienced working with clients from different countries expressing various issues, via video calls or phone calls.
In order to make the most of all sessions, please ensure that you are in a private and comfortable space, with a good internet connection and without interruptions or distractions. Payment takes place in advance (at least 48 hours) through online banking in order to confirm bookings and proceed with our session.
Online sessions are usually not appropriate nor sufficient for people in an acute crisis needing immediate help or for people with complex mental health issues – If you are feeling high distress and are very worried about your health or safety, please contact your local health service, A&E or these services if you are in the UK.
